Running Coach


As a runner for nearly two decades, I have dedicated my life to this sport. Running is a mental outlet for me, I am a happier human when I run and I love the challenge of running. Wanting to pass my knowledge along to other runners, Revive Running was born. 

My goal is not only to help runners get faster, but to educate runners on the importance to training your body mind the right way- in a way that won't leave you burnt out and injured. I love to work with runners of all abilities from beginner to elite. I meet athletes where they are at and work with their schedule to develop a plan that they love. Join Team Revive Running today!

  • I have a dog named Chewy.

  • I have run 5 marathons including 3 World Major Marathons in 2022 alone.

Coach Rachael's Story

I began running in middle school as a way to keep moving and spend time with friends. I continued running through high school and college and still love getting out there for afternoon miles. In my 19 years in the sport, I have experienced a lot of training cycles for different types of races. I ran track in high school and eventually walked onto the college Cross Country and Track and Field teams after spending two years on the soccer team. I’ve learned about listening to my body in order to get the best out of training, especially training in New England.  I’ve learned so much over the years from a variety of coaches so I’m excited to share everything I know with the Revive Running athletes!


Fast facts about me:

  • I am a teacher and a Girls On the Run Coach

  • I have two Boston Marathon medals but neither of them are from an April marathon (2020 and 2021)

  • I love Taylor Swift
